Hylant Group serves as the Enrollment and Marketing Administrator for the FOP Legal Defense Plan, Inc.

Its responsibilities include publicizing, promoting, and marketing the FOP Legal Defense Plan, Inc.
on a national basis. It determines participant eligibility, enrolls eligible persons, issues member identification cards, invoices FOP Legal Defense Plan, Inc. members, collects and disburses participation
fees as the Board directs, and responds to participants’ and prospective participants’ questions
concerning eligibility and enrollment.
