Keenan and Associates serves as the FOP Legal Defense Plan Inc.’s Benefit (Claims) Administrator.
Their responsibilities include approving and contracting with FOP Legal Defense Plan Inc. attorneys, responding to coverage questions, determining coverage eligibility and processing claims for legal defense benefits. They also pay attorney defense costs on behalf of the Plan and its participating
members.
