Spring
2004 - An officer, John Lamb, was responding to
a call of an officer needing assistance. A civilian
driver pulled out in front of the officer and
a collision occurred. Unfortunately, the driver
was killed and charges were filed against the
officer. The charges were dismissed and the Plan
spent over $13,000 on the officer’s defense.
